Qualifikationen

• Active Property and Casualty license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Sales experience in any setting is an asset
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and relate effectively to customers

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs through active outreach and inbound inquiries
• Market and present appropriate insurance products and services including property, casualty, life, and health policies
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed

• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
• Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and client satisfaction benchmarks
