Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join a dynamic Utah office. You will manage inbound/outbound sales, qualify client needs, and recommend Property & Casualty, Life & Health products with a focus on client satisfaction.

This full-time role offers base salary plus commission, bonuses, and PTO, with room for professional growth as you build lasting client relationships and contribute to agency growth.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leads through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and service.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
