Gobravvo Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Florida to join a full-time team. You will represent Property & Casualty and Life & Health solutions and focus on delivering tailored coverage and excellent service to clients.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property and Casualty license, with Life & Health license preferred. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and build lasting client relationships while striving to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license is required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Establish and nurture client relationships with ongoing follow-up and support.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service on availability, coverages, changes, claims and billing.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and agency growth objectives.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and policy information.
