Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• Proven success in insurance sales or production-focused sales.
• Strong work ethic with goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and sales opportunities.
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
