Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency - Jamie Vincent is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build community relationships, applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term trust.

You will aim to hit sales goals, identify leads, and offer Allstate products to meet client needs while delivering a positive customer experience in a local office.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
