Allstate Insurance Agency - Christopher Foster is looking for an Insurance Sales Professional to help grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, cross-sell to existing customers, and build strong community relationships through trusted advice.

You will educate customers on insurance value, aim to meet their needs with Allstate products, and strive for long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses to sell insurance.
• Confident, motivated, and able to work well independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
