Allstate Insurance Agency - Jeffrey Barber is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and educate customers on the value of insurance with trusted advice.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, qualifying leads, and offering Allstate products to meet client needs. Training, leads, and advancement opportunities are provided in a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance experience required
• Have your Indiana Property and Casualty license to sell insurance upon hire
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
