Allstate Insurance Agency - Matthew Burke is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build relationships in the community, applying knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

You will drive sales, qualify leads, and educate customers on protecting families and assets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• Insurance experience required with Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Licenses to sell insurance on hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
