Allstate Insurance Agency - Hung Nguyen is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build relationships in the community, applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to illustrate value and cultivate long‑term trusted advice.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, qualifying leads, recommending Allstate products, educating customers, and providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross‑selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
