Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency - Jamie Vincent seeks an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build community relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long‑term relationships with trusted advice.

You will achieve sales goals, identify leads, and offer Allstate products to meet client needs while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast‑paced, 1099 contractor role.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
