Job summary

gobravvo in Mentor, OH is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join a reputable agency. You will deliver outstanding service, build client relationships, and drive sales within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will use your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to offer a broad range of coverage, guide customers through policy choices, claims, and changes, and pursue ongoing professional development with competitive compensation and training.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• Prior sales experience preferred; outside/inside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate leads to expand the agency's client base.
• Schedule appointments, assess client needs, and recommend insurance products and services.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through follow-up and attentive service.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service addressing inquiries on eligibility, coverage, changes, billing, and claims.
• Assist clients in understanding policy options and guide them through the claims process as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by agency leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
