Job summary

gobravvo seeks a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Florida to drive new business and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You will advise clients on Auto, Home, Life and Health coverage, build lasting relationships, and provide ongoing policy support.

A strong coaching program and mentorship help you grow toward leadership roles. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and clear career pathways toward agency ownership, with a base salary plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; licenses to be obtained for Property & Casualty and Life & Health in Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for consultative selling and client service.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and cultivate insurance sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify client insurance requirements.
• Educate clients about Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance products.
• Provide policyholder support including policy changes, billing, and claims assistance.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to set and achieve sales and marketing targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
