Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in insurance sales or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business leads and client appointments.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding coverage, policies, claims, and billing.
• Assist clients with policy changes, transfers, and submissions.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
