Gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) in Naples, FL to join our growing team. You’ll help individuals protect what matters most by guiding clients through property and casualty solutions and building lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates are licensed or able to obtain a Florida 4-40 license, with experience in P&C sales. You’ll participate in local marketing events, achieve production goals, and enjoy uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Active Florida 4-40 license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Prior experience in property and casualty insurance sales required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated goal orientation and competitive drive.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospects and policyholders to schedule appointments and provide consultations.
• Meet and exceed individual and agency production goals.
• Utilize sales strategies to identify and acquire new business.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through networking and marketing.
• Close sales to help clients secure appropriate coverage.
• Participate in local marketing events to increase agency visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information.
