Qualifications

• Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting as an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed).
• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and dependable approach.
• Motivated by sales goals and the potential for high earnings.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects as an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed).
