Job summary

Gobravvo in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to join our award-winning team. This full-time role focuses on building long-term client relationships, recommending suitable coverage, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property and Casualty license (Life/Health license preferred), excels at communicating clearly, and is motivated by meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Life and Health insurance license preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales or related fields preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and relate to clients effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with clients and respond to inquiries regarding insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Develop and present insurance quotes, close sales, and educate clients on coverage options.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at every interaction.
• Utilize a needs-based approach to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a strong commitment to daily success.
