Gobravvo in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) for a full-time, in-office role. You will leverage active P&C and Life & Health licenses to support clients, quote coverage, and contribute to agency growth through responsive service.

Formación

• Active P&C license required
• Active Life & Health license required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment

Responsabilidades

• Establish and nurture customer relationships with prompt follow-up.
• Develop service opportunities and support agency growth.
• Answer inquiries on coverage, eligibility, policy changes, billing and claims.
• Educate clients on products and options using a needs-based approach.
• Generate quotes, present coverage, and assist in sales as appropriate.
• Maintain ongoing community networking for agency visibility.
