The ideal candidate holds active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, has proven sales success, and thrives in a team-driven environment with opportunities for professional advancement within the agency.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license required (before start date).
• Life & Health license strongly preferred (before start date).
• Proven sales track record with quota attainment.
• Strong communication, listening and bilingual abilities appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage leads through outreach and marketing.
• Schedule appointments and perform needs assessments.
• Market Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.
• Build and maintain client relationships with proactive follow-up.
