Job summary

Kemper in Stockton, CA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our field sales team. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions, with an established book of business and direct home visits for premium collection and sales.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C)
• Customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through scheduled premium collection
• Responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans
• Record keeping and policy paperwork processing
• Grow the assigned territory through new sales
