Kemper is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in San Francisco to join our field sales team. This full-time role offers an established book of business, prospects for new sales, and immediate income through monthly premium collections and commissions.

You will visit customers, present Kemper Life products, and grow the assigned territory. A sign-on bonus program, uncapped commissions, and a strong pay-for-performance culture support your earning potential and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations, recommending products and closing new sales.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine.
• Respond to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
