Job summary

Day One Insurance Group, an Allstate Elite Agency, is seeking a remote producer to sell insurance products across Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. You will use provided leads, live transfers, and a Ricochet dialer to reach targets while working with a dedicated support team.

The role offers a base of about $15/hour plus tiered commissions, with on-target earnings around $57,000 annually at quota and potential six-figure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically.

Compensation

• ~$15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• ~ On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• ~ New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• ~ Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• ~ Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• ~ Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.

Requirements

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma
