Day One Insurance Group is hiring an ambitious insurance sales producer. You’ll sell Allstate products while Day One handles service and processing, with leads provided and live transfers. This is a remote position licensed in TX/AR/OK, with a strong focus on building production through your network.

The role offers a base of $15/hour plus tiered, uncapped commissions. Expect on‑target earnings around $57,000 per year at quota, with a new producer guarantee and recurring bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma
• Active P&C license in your state of residence; if you don't live in Texas, you must hold a Texas nonresident license or be able to get one
• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically
• Comfortable working toward monthly production goals

Responsabilités

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.
