Job summary

Day One Insurance Group is recruiting a motivated sales professional to join our remote team. You will sell insurance products while we handle the rest, with live transfers, data leads, and other marketing support to boost your performance.

We provide training from day one; there is opportunity to own an agency someday with mentorship and a proven track record. Remote position serving TX, AR and OK residents.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license in your state of residence; if you don't live in Texas, you must hold a Texas nonresident license or be able to get one.
• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically.
• Comfortable working toward monthly production goals.

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.

Requirements
