Job summary

Day One Insurance Group is recruiting an aggressive insurance salesperson to join an Allstate Elite Agency led by Sharie Withers. You will sell property and casualty insurance, while the company handles servicing, marketing, and lead generation.

Licensed agents who live within 35 miles of Tyler, TX, can expect structured commissions, base pay, and growth opportunities through training, development, and advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Active property and casualty license.
• P&C insurance sales experience with any carrier.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies and services to clients.
• We handle service tasks and administration so you can focus on sales.
• Meet monthly production goals and quotas.
• Participate in training and use leads provided by the company.

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, . We're flexible for the right fit.
