Job summary

Day One Insurance Group is seeking a results-driven remote producer to grow your book in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma. You sell, we handle the rest, with live transfers, data leads, and a Ricochet dialer to speed closures.

This role offers a base pay of $15/hour plus tiered commissions, with on-target earnings around $57,000 per year and six-figure upside for top performers. Training starts day one, and you can aim to own your own agency someday.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma.
• Active P&C license in your state of residence; if not in Texas, a Texas nonresident license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically.
• Comfortable working toward monthly production goals.
• Employed by Sharie Withers Agency, LLC, doing business as Day One Insurance Group, an independently owned Allstate agency.
• This is a remote position.

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.
