Job summary

Day One Insurance Group, an Allstate Elite Agency, is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join a remote team serving TX, AR, and OK. You will sell Allstate products, leverage provided leads and live transfers, and pursue production goals with strong commission potential.

Compensation includes a $15/hour base plus tiered commission, with on-target earnings around $57,000 per year at quota, plus weekly and quarterly bonuses and a new producer guarantee during ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Must live in TX, AR, or OK.
• Active P&C license in state of residence (Texas nonresident license acceptable).
• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically.
• Comfortable working toward monthly production goals.

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
• Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
• Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
• Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, we're flexible for the right fit.

Requirements
