Kevin Habick State Farm is seeking a driven Account Representative to grow our insurance book of business in Doylestown, PA. This in-office role combines base salary with commissions and performance bonuses as you meet sales targets.

Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with our team supporting the licensing process. If you are not licensed yet, you must obtain the licenses before your start date.

Qualifikationen

• Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• If not licensed, licensing must be completed before Day 1 start date with our support.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business by engaging leads, quoting policies, and closing sales
• Educate customers on insurance products and confidently recommend coverage options
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and account updates while identifying sales opportunities
• Follow up on quotes, referrals, and existing customer needs to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and policy activity
• Deliver a strong customer experience while consistently driving growth and retention
• Work closely with the team to meet individual and agency production goals
