Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell to grow revenue and strengthen customer protection.
• Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures to stay compliant.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and office production goals.
