Job summary

Farmers District 68 in Northern Virginia is seeking an Insurance Producer to expand coverage and serve community members with tailored insurance solutions. You will engage clients, develop leads, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced agency environment.

The role requires licensure in Virginia (P&C and Life & Health), 1–3 years of revenue generation and business development experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and work authorization in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license in Virginia prior to start date.
• 1–3 years of revenue generation experience.
• 1–3 years of business development experience.
• History of providing exceptional customer service and client relationship management through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable and open to constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain up-to-date continuing education and knowledge of new products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
