Job summary

The Juris Agency in Texas is hiring a licensed bilingual producer to serve Spanish-speaking clients and grow the agency’s book. The role focuses on quoting and binding P&C policies and Life insurance for new clients, with a target to expand coverage through referrals and outbound outreach.

You will work with a small, tightly-knit team, stay current on Farmers products, and maintain accurate records in the agency management system while meeting monthly production targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience.
• Active insurance licenses in TX and AZ, or willing to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Quote and bind P&C policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella) and Life insurance for new clients.
• Conduct full insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Serve Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language and earn trust.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Hit monthly production targets for new business premium and policies in-force.
• Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and continuing education.

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license in Texas or Arizona (must obtain the second state within 60 days of hire)
• Active General Lines Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Fluent in Spanish and English — written and verbal
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience
• Clean background check and MVR
• Comfort with quoting tools, CRMs, and basic tech
