• Must pass a background check including state, federal, and county history.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain insurance coverage options based on client needs.
• Meet or exceed new business production goals with the Agent.
• Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention.
• Document client interactions and sales activity in agency systems.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines and coverage changes.
