This full-time role requires a California license in Personal lines, Commercial, or Life/Health, and bilingual English/Spanish. You’ll educate clients on coverage options, process quotes, and aim to meet sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Active California Insurance License in Personal Lines, Commercial, or Life/Health.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
