Job summary

Ashcraft Agency in Portland, OR seeks an entry-level Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive environment. You will dial warm leads, help clients secure auto, home, and renters coverage, and build a CRM-driven pipeline with mentorship and licensing support.

No prior sales experience is required; training is provided. Flexible path to licensing completion, with work-from-home options after training and demonstrated success.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up via phone, text, and email.

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using our CRM.

Our agency is hiring driven and personable team members for entry-level Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Producer roles. You'll dial warm leads/individuals who've expressed interest in receiving a proposal and help them secure coverage that helps them protect what matters most. This is an opportunity for someone new to sales who is eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive environment.

Please note: A valid P&C Personal Lines license is required before your start date. We offer guidance through the licensing process and reimburse your licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
