Job summary

The Juris Agency in Omaha, NE is seeking a Property & Casualty Sales Producer who thrives on building client relationships and closing deals. You will hunt for new business, nurture leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients.

This role offers a base salary of $3,000 per month plus commission and bonuses, with an in-office schedule Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. PTO and monthly health reimbursement are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
• No insurance experience needed; training provided.
• Confidence, charisma, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Active P&C License or willing to obtain license.
• CRM experience a plus.
• Networking.

Responsibilities

• Create P&C insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone (we’ll provide all the leads you’ll ever need).
• Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
