The Weaver Group Insurance Agency in Caro, Michigan is seeking a dependable Office Manager to lead daily operations and keep the office organized. This hands-on leadership role blends customer service with policy-related tasks, requiring professional, detail-oriented individuals who can balance supervision with frontline support.

Ideal candidates will have an active Michigan P&C license and preferably Life & Health licensure, with insurance agency experience.

Qualifications

• Michigan Property & Casualty license is required (P&C).
• Michigan Life & Health license is strongly preferred.
• Insurance agency experience is preferred for the role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Caro office.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to office staff.
• Help establish priorities and ensure tasks and customer follow-ups are completed.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, attendance, and office expectations.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Provide excellent service to current and prospective customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy questions, payments, documents, policy changes, and other service needs.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance products.
• Support new business and retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Help resolve customer concerns and more complex service situations.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
• Communicate regularly with agency ownership regarding staffing, workflow, customer concerns, and office performance.
• Step in wherever needed to help the office and team succeed.
