Job summary

Day One Insurance Group, an Allstate Elite Agency, is seeking a licensed insurance professional in Tyler, TX. You will handle cancellation and rate-increase calls, review coverage and discounts, and keep policies in force with a calm, clear approach.

This service role emphasizes retention over new business, requires a current P&C license and Allstate agency experience, and offers a competitive hourly rate with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

What your day looks like

Compensation

• $22/hour with 3+ years of Allstate experience; exceptional candidates with less experience considered at $20/hour


• Retention bonuses when retention improves

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30, in our Tyler office.

Requirements

Occasional cross-sell opportunities pay 10% commission, uncapped.
