Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
• Experience with major carriers such as Farmers or State Farm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about insurance products and services.
• Process policy change requests accurately and efficiently.
• Collect premium payments and explain payment options to clients.
• Promote the agency’s referral program to customers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Return all client messages in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver ongoing support to clients as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and procedures.
