Role Description

The Licensed Insurance Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA. This role involves talking with prospects to assess their insurance needs, explaining options, and providing recommendations for coverage with carriers such as Progressive, Dairyland Auto, The General and National General. Day-to-day tasks include telephone sales, reviewing existing quote requests for opportunities, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in auto insurance with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and accurately.

• Relevant state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain) for Spokane, WA.
