Job summary

The Juris Agency in Olympia, WA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs, deliver outstanding service, and identify opportunities to offer additional protection through our products. The role welcomes motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to learn, with training provided.

You will build lasting client relationships, conduct policy reviews, cross-sell appropriately, and guide customers through billing, coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients.
• Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, coverage, and account changes.
• Assist customers in identifying insurance products that best meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review policies and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Cross-sell and recommend additional products when appropriate.
• Conduct annual policy reviews and coverage consultations.
• Support customers through the claims process.
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
