The Julie Partridge Agency is seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Agent in Washington. You will engage with clients to assess needs, present customized quotes, and maintain records, with a focus on service and growth. In-office role with potential for remote work based on performance and agency growth.

Ideal candidates have a WA Property & Casualty, Life & Health license, solid insurance experience, strong organization, and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Health license.
• Clear background check and bondable/insurable.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency.
• Familiarity with AgencyZoom a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Driven and goal-oriented with ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with personal and business clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Draft and present customized policy quotes.
• Maintain accurate client records and up-to-date documentation.
• Reach out to existing clients to review coverage and adjust plans.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction, answer queries and refer opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to resolve billing questions or policy concerns.

Requirements
