MCI is hiring licensed insurance customer service agents in Dallas, TX to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing. The role involves full lifecycle customer service and sales to help customers understand coverages and select appropriate products. A Property and Casualty license is required for this role.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Typing swiftly and accurately (20+ wpm).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer service contact for inbound interactions.
• Achieve first contact resolution using knowledge articles.
• Document customer interaction information.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer interactions and needs.
• Support policyholders and retain customers.
• Assist with acquisition and retention of policyholders.
