Job summary

MCI is seeking Licensed Insurance Customer Service agents in Wichita, KS to provide outstanding customer service for inbound interactions. The ideal candidate will assist customers in understanding their coverage and selecting the right products.

The position requires excellent communication skills, a high school diploma, and a Property and Casualty license. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.

• Serve as customer service contact for inbound customer interactions.
• Utilize documented knowledge articles to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Document customer interaction information.
• Assist with the acquisition and retention of policyholders.
