Job summary

L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Michigan. This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty professional and focuses on quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional client service.

You'll undergo a two-month training program with $5,000 per month, and Spanish bilinguals can earn $7,500. In the first year you can earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually including commissions, with potential profit sharing

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Attention to detail with multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each client's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
