L.A. Insurance is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Michigan. This role targets licensed Property & Casualty professionals who enjoy building relationships, quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance with exceptional client service.

You can earn strong commissions and a clear two-month training period, with milestone bonuses and the potential to reach six-figure earnings annually. Bilingual Spanish speakers may qualify for enhanced bonuses as part of our career growth

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving with a client-first mindset.
• Goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each client's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
