L.A. Insurance in Michigan is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent.

This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, quoting, binding and servicing auto insurance while delivering outstanding customer service. We offer a two-month training period with up to $5,000 per month, a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus, and a realistic path to $50,000 to $100,000+ annually including commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan required.
• Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions.
• Generate accurate quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Develop knowledge of company products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Grow agency presence in the local community.
