L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Insurance Agent in Michigan to join our team.

This role targets a licensed Property & Casualty professional fluent in English and Spanish, focused on quoting, binding, and servicing auto policies with exceptional customer care. We offer a structured two-month training period with a potential to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually including commissions, plus a $7,500 Employment Success Bonus in the first year.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
