L.A. Insurance in Michigan is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This role focuses on quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will receive a two-month training with $5,000 per month, and there is potential to earn $50,000 to $100,000+ annually including commissions. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive $7,500 and there is a path to profit-sharing after your first year. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
