Two-stage earnings include a training period with $5,000 monthly and a potential annual income of $50,000 to $100,000+ with commissions; bilingual Spanish speakers may earn an additional bonus of $7,500.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
