You'll start with a two-month training period during which you can earn about $5,000 per month, with the potential to grow to $50,000 to over $100,000 annually including commissions, plus benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Experience in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Generate accurate quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
