State Farm Agency in Ephrata, PA is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on developing leads, meeting client needs, and selling appropriate insurance products with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Sales and/or Customer Service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
